Our Education System

As AST Global TurkeyTravel andWork, we provide a 1-month training to our personnel who will come from abroad. This training will be given to them by their chefs at the hotels where they will work. During this training period, food, lodging and insurance will be covered by us. No fee will be paid during the training period.

Successful people will be given a certificate at the end of the training and they will be able to start work. Thanks to this training, work adaptations will increase and work efficiency will be increased to high levels. Thanks to our system, our company and our staff will work in harmony and increase the quality of work.
